About The Coach

Hi, I’m Kelli Vandiver-retired RN, menopause survivor, and women’s wellness coach

After 36 years in nursing, I thought I knew enough about perimenopause & menopause to be “well” prepared for the coming changes. But nothing really prepares you for the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual upheaval that comes with menopause. I was doing my best to push through my menopause misery, but when I got COVID… everything in my body spiraled. My symptoms intensified, my health declined, and the medications I was prescribed led to multiple ER visits. I felt the treatments were only masking symptoms, - not helping me heal.

I hit rock bottom. My body was exhausted, my mind was overwhelmed, and I felt completely lost.

That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands.

Through prayer, mindset work, research, a holistic approach to wellness, I slowly rebuilt my health from the inside out. Over months of trial and error, I learned how to support my body naturally, calm my symptoms, and reclaim my life. Today, most of my symptoms gone or barely a whisper. I went from menopause “survivor” to post-menopause “thriver” and now I am passionate about helping other women do the same.

A VQL, I provide professional health & wellness coaching to middle-aged women navigating the changes that come before, during & after menopause. My approach is personalized, compassionate, and rooted in both my medical background and my lived experience.

My goal is simple:

To help you “Master Menopause” & step into a healthier, more empowered version of yourself.
